The hotel’s exterior and interior design are superb, showcasing a luxurious ambiance inspired by ancient Chinese aesthetics. The staff, particularly Lydia Huang and her team, are exceptionally helpful and provide outstanding service. It is truly a place worth staying.

Everything was amazing!! Especially the breakfast and the staff! The rooms are comfortable and the manager of the hotel who treated us like family. Of course we will come back after receiving such a lovely care 🙏🙏thank you for everything ❤️

It has been a wonderful stay at Indigo Lijiang. The reception staff, Mr. Wang (Wang Wei) has been extremely helpful during my stay. I will definitely come back for his excellent customer service.

The hotel is located just where the old city starts so a great point to explore Lijiang by foot. Room is very spacious and comfortable. The amenities were great and the free water bottles were much appreciated.

I encounter some issues with my room TV & phone. The front desk Manager Joanne was extremely helpful and everything were solved. Hotel staffs are all very polite and helpful which makes our stay very pleasant.
